Bundesliga “News” N’bel spoils FC Schalke 04 – TOP STORIES

For weeks, FC Schalke 04 goalkeeper Alexander Nubel has been trying to prove his intention to stay. Now the 23-year-old has finally made a decision.

After “Funke Medien” and the “SID” reported on Sunday that Nebel will not be able to extend his contract with Schalke, which expires in 2020, the Kunigsblauen sped the news for a short time.

“After all the chatter we have had with Alexander N’bel and his adviser over the last few months, we are not amazed at his decision and respect self-evidently. However, we do not measure his decision,” explained Schalke transgaming.orgs director Jochen Schneider.

“Over the past few months, we have clearly shown Alex, through words and deeds, what a central role he can play with us in the future: as a goalkeeper and captain, to lead a team of young boys with many young people, who are very active in the round. Sympathies won hut,” Schneider quipped.

By Nebel’s decision, the Schalkers measure a further player in the summer, if N’bel is not sold already in the winter. Leon Goretzka, Joel Matip and Sead Kolasinac have already left the miners in recent years without having money in their coffers.

Schalke are said to have signed N’bel with a salary of €1m and an exit clause from 2021. Apparently too little for the final man.

Where Nunbel will go in the future has not yet been cleared. According to Bild, the former U21 national goalkeeper has been with FC Bayern ‘over a fun year from 1 July 2020.

In the next few years, the Munchners w-re N’bel will be only number two behind Manuel Neuer. At the side of the national keepers, the youngster should be hounded to the highest level and get regular one-sets in consultation with Neuer. From 2023, N’bel will be number one for FC Bayern.

Fog War 2015 from SC Paderborn to Schalke. Last season, keeper Ralf F’hrmann was supposed to be the number one between the posts of the Gelsenkirchener. Since then, Nebel, who is not allowed to play again until 31 January due to a red lock, increased its market value to between 15 and 20 million euros.

Markus Schubert is considered as a successor to Nebel on Schalke. The U21 national goalkeeper also gilds as a great goalkeeper talent.
