The German champion is going through a crisis this season that led to the dismissal of Kovac on November 3. His replacement, Hansi Flick, is not yet insured for nougat if the results do not accompany.

Manchester City

Sixth team ranked in the UEFA coefficient. Pep Guardiola will have to amend his speech (“the Premier League is more important than the Champions League”) because City is 14 points away from the leader in England, Liverpool. Add four losses in the domestic championship (Manchester United, Liverpool, Wolverthampton and Norwich) that place him in the third place of the Premier League. This weekend they beat Arsenal in London (0-3).

Seventh club in the UEFA coefficient. He commanded Ligue 1 with seven points ahead over Marseille. There is no doubt that it is the best team in French football (six of the last seven championships). His outstanding subject is still the Champions League. It’s been falling in eighth round for three years in a row. Mbappé (13 goals), Icardi (12), Di Maria (9), Neymar (7) and Sarabia (3) are the names that stand out this season.

The English club sweeps in the Premier League, where he is a solo leader with a distance of ten points over the second, Leicester. Mané is his most outstanding footballer. However, the team that manages J.R. Klopp successfully qualified in the group stage after beating Salzburg 0-2 in the last match. The reds they have only played against Napoli, against which they fell 2-0 in Italy and drew at Anfield.

The Red Bull team leads the Bundesliga, with a two-point lead over M’nchengladbach. The ariete Timo Werner, which adds 21 goals this campaign, is the most dangerous weapon on a team that also features talented players such as Marcel Sabitzer or Emil Forsberg.

It is the 13th club ranked in the UEFA coefficient. Lampard’s team is fourth in the Premier League, a long way from Liverpool (29-46 points), but in the Champions League they have managed to compete in a complicated group, in which Ajax were relegated to the Europa League after losing (0-1) to Valencia.

Borussia Dortmund

Borussia qualified thanks to the triumph against Slavia prague and Barca’s favour against Inter. EL Borussia trident it’s very dangerous with Hazard (four goals), Reus (10) and Sancho (11). Iduna Park, his stadium, also plays in favour of the team that the Swiss Favre is playing. In addition, they have the Spanish and ex from Valencia and Barcelona, Paco Alcácer (seven targets).

It is the 15th team in the UEFA coefficient. Naples is in trouble with trouble after Ancelotti’s traumatic departure. Rino Gattuso began with a loss to Parma this weekend his journey on the bench in Naples. The Azzurri, who said goodbye to Ancelotti four days ago, have not won for two months in Serie A. Gattuso starts uphill: his mission, returning to the Champions League, will not be simple. Go through the eighth place. But I already knew that.

It has the worst UEFA coefficient in 56th place. One of the great revelations of last year in Serie A and this season in the Champions League. EThe Italian ensemble worked the miracle and snuck in eighths after losing the first three matches of the group stage, something Newcastle had only achieved in the last 17 years. The Bergamo team plays their home games in San Siro because their stadium does not meet the requirements of UEFA. The Colombian striker Luis Muriel is his top gunner, with ten targets between Serie A and the Champions League. He currently holds sixth place in Serie A.
