Offensive player Leroy Sane is on the verge of returning to Manchester City’s England squad after undergoing cruciate ligament surgery. His coach Pep Guardiola confirmed this.
“It doesn’t take long. I spoke to him two days ago, he trains alone with the ball and it looks great,” Guardiola said on Monday. “It shouldn’t be long before he can train with us again. His knee looks very good, he could come back in the next few weeks.
