Paraguay eliminates Argentina with memorable comeback - SPANISH FOOTBALL 1

Paraguay came as surprise dissurprised with the tournament by eliminating Argentina in the quarter-finals. It was unexpected also because of how he got it. The Argentines left at half-time winning 0-2 and with the feeling of being far superior to their rival. However, after the break everything changed unexpectedly. On paper everything was advantages, but the reality of football has sent them back to their country.

In the other game, Italy won very much in its style. It was a rocky, evenly matched duel with few opportunities. In the 70′ everything was brought against for the Italians: penalty in Ecuador. However the collegiate was told to come and check it out at the VAR. After many doubts and after asking to be put as many shots as possible, changed his decision and annulled the penalty. Only five minutes later Italy scored direct foul on Ecuadorian goalkeeper’s error. That’s where the game died. The Italians didn’t give a choice… They will play Against Brazil in the quarters and from there will come the hypothetical rival of Spain in the semi-finals.
