The Switzerland It is one of the three opponents with which Italy will have to compete in Group A of UEFA EURO 2020, the first european itinerant in history scheduled from June 12 to July 12 in twelve cities of the Old Continent. The Azzurri will face the Swiss national team on Wednesday 17 June at the Stadio Olimpico (kick-off 9pm), the setting for the opening match between Roberto Mancini’s team and Turkey and the last engagement against Wales on Sunday 21 June.
The Red Cross national team – which will only play against the Olympic Italy, Wales and Turkey in Baku – he chose Rome as his headquarters, while he will be preparing for the‘European 2020, from May 25 to June 5. Switzerland, for its first match against Wales scheduled for 13 June at 3pm, will fly on 8 June to Baku directly from Zurich, and then leave after the first match for Rome. For Italy preparation for UEFA EURO 2020 it will start at the end of May, after the conclusion of the Serie A championship (May 24): the Azzurri will be in retreat in Coverciano and will reach Rome on the pre-race day. After the prestigious Tests against England and Germany, set on 27 March in London and 31 March in Nuremberg, Mancini’s national team will meet on 29 May in Cagliari against San Marino and 4 June in Bologna against the Czech Republic.
Two matches in Baku also for Wales and Turkey, the other protagonists of Group A, which during UEFA EURO 2020 will have their headquarters right in the capital of Azerbaijan. England, France, Germany and Spain have staked their central federal team, like Italy, and will retire at Burton upon Trent, Clairefontaine, Herzogenaurach and Las Rozas de Madrid respectively.
Two national teams, Croatia and the Czech Republic, will set up their headquarters in Scotland, as well as Poland and Sweden in Ireland. Ten, on the whole, the teams that will work in the country.
All twenty qualified national teams have officialized the preparation venues, while those of the last four will be known in March after the play-offs.
