“Flexi Finale” Tickets
UEFA recognises that the level of interest of fans in the UEFA Europa League final can be determined by the qualified teams. In recognition of this fact and in line with the successful “Fans First” strategy launched for UEFA EURO 2020, UEFA is offering fans a new type of tickets for sales to the general public: a “Flexi Finale” ticket, designed specific fans who only wish to attend the final if t heir team qualifies.
The “Flexi Finale” tickets are separated from the endowment for the finalists and are made available to the fans of the teams that are still in the running. A processing fee will be charged to all applicants selected for “Flexi Finale” tickets. However, if their team does not qualify for the final, fans will have their tickets fully refunded, excluding the processing fee. All tickets for the general public, including Flexi Finale tickets, will be distributed through UEFA’s official mobile ticketing app.
Fans who wish to attend the final regardless of the qualified teams can request standard tickets.
Applicants can order a maximum of four tickets. As tickets are personalized, each applicant must provide their personal data on the ticketing portal. Applicants will be notified by email by the end of March 2020 of the acceptance or rejection of their order.
Fans will also be able to check the status of their order on the ticketing portal. Tickets will be given to them via UEFA’s official mobile ticketing app.
